Participants are encouraged to bring along their own work-situations and real life cases. Through each step in the seminar, discussion will be facilitated to explore and evaluate various related elements that will definitely lead to deeper reflection on the problem analysis and wider views on solution constructions.

Though the seminar will NOT be academic, the conceptual framework behind each component of the seminar is well known and thoroughly tested. It includes Jung's personality theory, self-consolidation, and GROW techniques, etc. The seminar will visit those theories through the application lens and give out rich reference list for future reading.
