Welcome to the very first MBTI®inChina Conference! It is designed to be an effective platform for learning and sharing MBTI® applications in China, as well as meeting new colleagues in our field. The main theme of this Conference is “MBTI® and Leadership Development in China”.

The Conference is greatly supported by Australian Psychologists Press (APP). Mr. David Freeman, the CEO of the APP, will be the keynote speaker with a presentation on using the MBTI? to align leadership style with other key business success factors. Then, Mercer and Skill&Will will report the latest research on Leadership Competencies Profile and Psychological Type Correlations.

In the afternoon, Professor Raymond Moody will tap into a key aspect of leadership skills development – enriching and balancing type functions. It is backed up by two cases, shared by Jessica Wang and Torrey Orton, which illustrate how MBTI® can be used in real life leadership development. The conference will then get to an open panel discussion with all the presenters. For those MBTI® practitioners who are interested in psychological growth, we have also arranged a special event in the evening that will be lead by Dr Sun Xinlan to explore unconscious and historical influences.

本次研讨会得到澳大利亚心理学家出版社（APP）的大力支持，APP首席执行官David Freeman将亲自出席，并在研讨会上做主题讲演，与我们分享：当代企业如何运用MBTI®了解市场环境与客户需求，并在MBTI®的帮助下实现企业战略规划、内部文化、领导力风格对市场需求的最佳匹配，这种最佳匹配无疑将使企业掌握强大的竞争优势。在Freeman的讲演之后，您将通过由美世咨询与思维公司合作开展的研究，了解当代中国经理人的领导力素质模型、发展瓶颈及其与领导者本人性格类型之间的关联。这项研究有望从性格类型入手帮助领导者从根本上认清自身领导力的不足之处与发展方向。

在研讨会下午的进程中，来自夏威夷大学的 Ray Moody教授将主讲“开发性格的低级功能”，探讨日常工作中的事件如何帮助我们锻炼4个维度上的对立偏好、在8种偏好平衡发展的基础上实现领导力水平的飞跃。接着我们安排了二个案例分析，详细讨论了MBTI®在领导力的培训和辅导(Coaching)中的实际使用情况，包括设计、实施以及经验得失。晚上我们还特别安排了孙新兰博士的讲座，让您了解如何运用“意象”技术促进自己的心理健康与性格成熟。
